Checking the phone system voicemail boxes
In order for agents to retreive voicemail from the phone system, follow the instructions below.
Username: BetterBailBonds Password: saturn321
Your computer will already have skype on it.
Here is what the login screen looks like.
From in the system you can click to call the person using skype by clicking on the skype icon located above the skype schedule.
See image below for the icon.
NOTE: If the icon does not appear then that person does not have skype username entered in the system.
