In order for agents to take chat requests from 247getbail.com, betterbailbonds.net, or any other site we have the chat on, you must be logged in to receive incoming chats. This is done through a web browser or as an app on your iphone. It's better if you use the computer to login the browser. Below is instructions for loggin in to your account.
Login To the Chat Monitor HERE
Your user ID is your email address along with the same password you have for your email. (Courage1) The Site ID if it asks is 64150.
This is what the program looks like when you are logged in. Requests for chats will come in automatically and you have to respond to them. If you have questions please intercom Darin or call him at 623-695-4344 and ask. It's pretty self explanitory though.
